Magnetic Product Description:
This 100kg Magnetic Lifter has a width of 62mm, a length of 92mm, a height of 70mm, and a 145mm lifter handle. This product is identified by the AMF Magnets part number 89130. Important: this magnetic lifter is rated at 100kg against a minimum of 15mm steel. AMF Magnetics' ranges of high strength magnetic lifters are produced with super strong Neodymium magnets, with your safety in mind. Operation is by way of turning the manual handle once on the operating surface. Magnetic Lifters are a versatile, cost effective and convenient way of loading, unloading and moving steel plates, blocks or cylinders in a safe manner.
All AMF Magnetic Lifters are compliant with Australian Standard AS 4991-2004 which requires a tear-off force of at least 3 times rated capacity for permanent lifting magnets and at least 2 times rated capacity for battery-powered lifting magnets.
AMF's range of magnetic lifters are all permanent magnetic lifters, therefore they do not require a battery or power source to operate.
Any magnetic lifters that do not meet at least a 3:1 Safety Factor, does not comply with the Australian Standard for the legal requirements of safe operation within Australia.

Uses for our Magnetic Lifter:
In loading and unloading, the lifter can hoist iron/steel blocks, cylinders and others onto magnetic materials for linkage or connection. It is very convenient for application in loading, unloading and moving. AMF Magnetics' lifters are the most ideal lifting facility for factories, docks, warehouses and transportation.
AMF Magnetics' range of magnetic lifters are light and ingeniously structured, easy for application, strong magnetic attraction and safe in handling.
Farmers work the same hours as their livestock, crops and country. A farmer working alone, using a magnetic lifter is able to safely load and unload bundles of steel fencing posts and rolls of wire, long steel gates and high steel stock yard sections onto and off a truck. Alone. Night or day. Foul weather or fair.
Truck mounted hydraulic cranes are common. By engaging the cranes hook through the shackle on top of this magnetic lifter heavy objects can be engaged by powerful magnetic lock and dragged, lifted and swung where they need to go.
Getting a sling under heavy materials creates risk. Heavy loads bouncing over rough terrain can shift. Magnetic lifters lock to the top of the item, deleting the risk inherent in encircling the load.
Farms can catch fire and flood outside of regular business hours. Unruly stock, like calves and cows enduring forced separation for the process of weaning the calves onto solids can strike at any time.

If the barriers are not fixed there and then, the weaning process is breached and the cows will know relief is possible if they are prepared to bust enough fences.
