- Shipping & Delivery
- AMF Magnetics delivers anywhere in Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Perth and Canberra. We ship your order out with Startrack, Express Post or Australia Post. Most orders received before 2 p.m. (EST) will be despatched on the day (99%).
- Delivery time: We take no responsibility for delays by couriers. The following table is a guide only.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT SHIP TO REMOTE OR RURAL LOCATIONS AND IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
- *Shipping to remote areas may be up to 12 business days.
*Public holidays may affect the delivery time.
- *If you choose a Free Shipping option during an AMF promotion your order will be shipped via Standard Post.
- AMF Magnetics offers international freight to most destinations including New Zealand, United States, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. If your country is not in our list please contact us.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a standard one month warranty. If you believe that an item purchased from us is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, and all reasonable attempts have been made to troubleshoot the problem, please notify us immediately for assistance. At AMF Magnetics you have 30 days to return your item for a refund or replacement as long as it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should your purchase be damaged in transit we will replace it free of charge. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refund any order at our discretion.
- We aim to make the process of purchasing magnets, magnetic products, magnetic equipment and tools as easy and efficient as possible. By far the easiest way to buy from us is from our online magnet shop. Your order will be packed to ensure that it arrives to you in exactly the same condition that it left our premises. If you call ahead with your order in Sydney, you can pick up from our warehouse. Pick up available 10:30 a.m. to 3p.m. Monday to Friday only.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our online store accepts payment using Visa or Master Card via the secure Eway payment gateway. We also offer Paypal payment facility. If you prefer to pay by EFT you will need to phone or email our office for bank account details. All prices on our website are GST Inclusive. You will receive a Tax Invoice with your order as it is shipped. All items for sale on our website are in Australian Dollars. We also offer auto currency option if you are located in another country. Items ordered in bulk quantities may be eligible for a discount, please contact us as we're happy to quote for quantity and/or trade discounts.
