How to Purchase from AMF Magnetics

Order Online

The easiest way to purchase magnets is through our website. You can create an account to keep a record of your orders, or check out as a guest.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Warehouse Pick-Up

Sydney-based customers can collect orders from our Rozelle warehouse.
All pick-up orders must be placed and paid for online. Please select the PICK UP option at checkout.

We aim to have orders ready within 3 hours; however, this is not always guaranteed. If you have an urgent order, please call our office on (02) 9700 0055 and we will do our best to accomodate.

Pick-up hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm

Orders must be collected within 30 days.

EFT / Invoice Orders

Businesses, schools, and individuals requiring an invoice, quote, or EFT payment option can email sales@magnet.com.au.
Please include the product codes, quantities required, and your shipping address.
Freight charges apply to all orders placed outside of the website.

No Counter Sales

As an online-focused business, we do not offer counter sales or on-site purchasing at our warehouse. All orders must be placed and paid for online before collection or dispatch. This allows us to maintain efficient operations, accurate stock control, and faster order processing for all customers.

Our Promise to You

In-stock items ship the same day for orders placed before 1pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday.

Our warehouse is closed on NSW public holidays.

Orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our premises.

If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives or back-order options. Refunds are available if preferred.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. All requests are assessed case by case, and a restocking fee may apply.
