Too notch customer service

I purchased some a and b magnetic tape to do a diy job on double glazing but unfortunately the the magnets did not work on job. I informed amf about the issue and they were very quick to get back to me and resolve the issue. They dealt with the issue professionally. They gave me a full refund on the magnets and money for my damaged perspex. Their customer service and communications are exceptional. Fast responses. They are doing trials on the product that I had issues with to prevent it from happening again. They really look after their customers! Amazing!

Double glazing

Excellent customer service. I used 12.5mm x 1.6 mm A and B. Works well. I am not sure about the adhesive quality because only time shows that.

Parts A and B together solved my problem

Fly wire screens made from timber and attached to a non magnetic frame worked well. Removes easily and no fiddly clips as on the on old aluminium screens, they are now gone. An elegant solution to my problem. Thank you for your advice.

Great magnet, ok tape

I bought Part A and Part B to add 6mm Perspex to my windows as a double glaze. The magnet holds the sheets firmly (1.2m x 0.45m) but the 3m tape only held on the Perspex side, it kept pulling away from the painted timber frame. If you need one part to stick to something that isn’t glass smooth, I would get that one without the sticky tape; it’s slightly cheaper and you can use that money to get some epoxy glue instead. I reglued them and now it’s holding strong.
