This Neodymium Rare Earth disc has a diameter of 20mm and a height of 1mm. Created from extremely strong N38 Neodymium magnetic material. Although this is one of our smaller disc magnets, it is extremely strong. It has a strong magnetic pull force of 1.1kg. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number 20018B.
These Neodymium discs have a super thin profile that makes them the perfect choice for discrete magnetic attachment. Uses for these rare earth disc magnets include crafts making, fridge magnets, clasps and in electronic devices.
Slim enough to be inserted inside fabric hems in order to provide an unobtrusive or invisible clasping or fitting system. The Pull Force listed for each magnet is based on lifting 10mm thick steel from a horizontal surface. Magnets on a vertical surface (of 10mm thick steel) are generally able to hold around only 30% of the pull force listed in the product description.
