Magnetic Product Description:
A compact neodymium disc magnet engineered for precision applications. Measuring 12mm in diameter by 2mm thick, this N42-grade magnet delivers a magnetic flux density of 2087 Gauss with an axial pull force of 1.52 kg. Ideal for assembly work, sensor integration, and holding tasks where space is limited. AMF part number: D-D12H2-N42.
Uses for our small Rare Earth disc magnets:
Tradespeople use strong, Rare Earth disc magnets in work vehicles or toolboxes to support tools, nails, screws and other metallic items used while performing their daily duties. A magnet attached to a tool-belt makes the metal components they need easy to reach, especially in enclosed or difficult to access work areas.
Plastic screens or sheets can be held in place temporarily on steel surfaces with small and powerful magnets, so other surfaces are covered and not damaged while the repairs or maintenance takes place. N42 Grade Neodymium is found inside the nickel coating of this disc and is the strongest of all grades.
High-grade Neodymium material means extremely strong magnetic hold can be extracted from magnets that are relatively small in size which makes this type of magnet ideal for crafts, model making and arts.
