Self-Adhesive Magnetic Patches

Self Adhesive Patch Magnets are great as craft magnets, home refrigerator magnets and office magnets. They have a magnetic surface on one side and a peel off adhesive surface on the reverse side. Each pack contains 1,000 patches, for endless uses.

Our Magnetic Patches come in either 0.6mm or 0.8mm thickness and 19mm to 68mm as the longest dimension. We stock square, rectangle or round shapes. We can custom manufacture if required. These flexible magnets offer good demagnetization resistance and resistance to chemical agents.

These stick on magnets are perfect for attaching printed materials to any steel surface. Adhere calendars, brochures, menus, invitations, business cards, flyers to your fridge, locker, whiteboard or memo board. Watch our Three steps to using our Self Adhesive Magnetic Patches video. Simply Peel, Press and Place to use these handy magnets.

FAQ

What are self-adhesive magnetic patches and how do they work?
Self-adhesive magnetic patches are thin magnetic sheets or squares with a peel-and-stick adhesive backing on one side and a magnetic surface on the other. They are designed to attach non-magnetic items like paper, plastic or lightweight signage onto ferrous metal surfaces, allowing for quick and easy mounting without the need for tools or hardware.

What are magnetic patches made from?
Magnetic patches are usually a mix of strontium ferrite or barium ferrite.  The ferrite powder is embedded in a flexible polymer binder such as rubber, PVC or resin. This allows the material to be cut, bent, or shaped easily. Some magnetic patches include a self-adhesive layer on one side, allowing them to stick to non-metal surfaces. A layer of vinyl, paper or another material may be applied on top of the magnetic patch to allow for printing, writing or added durability.

What surfaces can self-adhesive magnetic patches stick to?
These patches can adhere to most smooth, clean and dry surfaces such as paper, cardboard, plastic, glass and metal. Once applied, the magnetic side allows the item to attach securely to ferrous a surface.

Are self-adhesive magnetic patches reusable?
While magnetic patches can be reused multiple times on metal surfaces, the self-adhesive sides are typically designed for one-time use. Once it has been applied and removed, the adhesive may lose its effectiveness. For reusable applications, consider using magnetic patches without adhesive or with repositionable adhesives.
