"Hi, I recently purchased items from you, by way of an internet order. Initially, the wrong items were sent.
I am writing this to advise that the order now received is correct and just what I expected.
In business, errors are almost inevitable, what is notable is the manner in which errors are dealt with.
I contacted your representative--my apologies for not noting his name--on Friday last. He was easy to deal with, assisted me to explain what I had received as compared to what I believe I had ordered, thus he then acknowledged the error and undertook to immediately rectify it by sending out the correct product.
I received the items today in the mail.
