EU Right of Withdrawal Policy
The following Right of Withdrawal applies only to consumers located within the European Union (EU). A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
A. Right of Withdrawal
Your Right to Cancel
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. For orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement, such as by email or post.

You may use the Cancellation Form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that have been custom-made, personalised, or manufactured to your specific requirements.
Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Return Guidelines
To help ensure a smooth returns process, we recommend that:
Goods are returned in their original packaging where possible, including all accessories, manuals, and components supplied with the product.
Goods are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
A copy of your invoice or order confirmation is included with the return.
These recommendations are provided for convenience and do not affect your statutory right to withdraw from the contract.
