At AMF Magnetics we aim to be the first choice for all our customers' magnet needs, which is why we are committed to ensuring our prices are unbeatable by any competitor. If you find an identical item at a lower price, we may be able to match that price. Please read the terms and conditions below for more details on how our Price Match policy works.
Eligibility for Price Match

Identical Item: The product must be the exact same size, shape, and specification (including grade, coating, pull force, colour, and any other variations). The item must be new and available for immediate purchase.

Competitor’s Price: The price you want us to match must be from a retailer's website or physical store. It must be an advertised price and available for purchase at the time of the request. We do not match prices from:
– Marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, etc.), Flash sale or discount sites.
– Discount codes or promotional pricing.
– Verification: We may require a link to the competitor's product page or a copy of the competitor's advertisement to verify the lower price.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, please contact our customer service team by email.
– Please include: Product name and SKU.
– Link to the competitor's product page (if applicable).
– The lower price you found.
Exclusions
We do not offer price matches for:
– Items sold by marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Temu).
– Items offered with limited availability or as part of a clearance sale.
– Bundled or promotional items (where the product is sold as part of a package).
– Items with limited-time offers or liquidation sales.
– Used, refurbished, or opened products.
– Prices that include special offers or gift card promotions.
– Prices that are not publicly available, such as membership-only pricing, personalised discounts, or coupons.
Price Match Limitations
– Price matches are subject to availability. If the competitor's price is for an out-of-stock item, we may not be able to honour the price match.
– We reserve the right to limit the number of price match requests per customer.
– We reserve the right to modify or terminate this price match policy at any time without prior notice.
– Price matches will not be granted if the competitor’s price is the result of an error or mispricing.
– Price matches cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
Additional Terms
– Price match requests must be made before the item is purchased.
– The competitor's price must be verified within 7 days of your request.
– Price matches are only available for purchases made within the same region or country as the competitor’s pricing.
– By making a price match request, you agree to these terms and conditions.
