Our flexible magnetic tape rolls are available in a wide range of widths (10mm–150mm), colours, and thicknesses. Most come in 30-metre roll lengths that can be easily cut to size for versatile use in any setting. These magnetic tapes can hold printed labels or barcodes for stock identification, improving warehouse organisation and stock control efficiency.
AMF Magnetics supplies specialised tape types, including adhesive-backed magnetic tape, two-part Magnafix systems, Neodymium flexible tape, coloured tape, and hazard-warning reflective tape. We also offer non-magnetic steel tape for use as a compatible mounting surface. For applications requiring stronger hold, select thicker or rare-earth (Neodymium) magnetic tape.

FAQ – Magnetic Tape Rolls
Does magnetic tape attract to itself?
Only our Magnafix A and B tape system is designed to bond together magnetically, using matched poles for a secure hold. Most standard tapes have weaker attraction and are not polarity-aligned.
How does magnetic tape work?
Magnetic tape has a magnetic backing that adheres to metal surfaces. Adhesive versions like Magnafix feature a peel-and-stick side for timber, glass, or aluminium, allowing easy attachment of glazing, signage, or lightweight fixtures.
What is magnetic tape used for?
Use magnetic tape for warehouse labelling, signage, crafts, and home repairs. Flexible rolls can also seal RV or caravan doors and create removable fly screens or window panels.
How long does magnetic tape last?
Flexible magnetic tape is long-lasting and resists cracking or breaking. Under normal indoor use, it maintains magnetic strength indefinitely unless exposed to high heat or external magnetic interference.
What is the strongest magnetic tape?
Neodymium flexible magnetic tape offers the highest magnetic strength, outperforming standard Ferrite-based tapes. It’s ideal for heavy-duty or industrial applications where superior holding power is required.
