Magnetic Tape Product Description:

This Magnafix tape magnet has a width of 12.5mm and a thickness of 1.6mm. This magnetic tape comes in a 1 metre length. It has a 3M 9448 adhesive on its part A. Identified by the AMF Magnetics part number 59063AM. This product's corresponding PART B can be found here.

This product is not recommended for use with large sheets of perspex thicker than 6mm.

Please note: This is a per metre product, however, orders with a quantity greater than 1 will come as a continuous length (ie. purchasing 3 of this product, will come as a 3 metre length of 59063AM). Uses for our Magnafix Magnetic Tape:

Our Magnafix tape magnet has a 3M 9448 adhesive on one side and is ideal for lightweight applications such as paper or card. Magnafix magnetic tapes offer an excellent solution for the fixing and joining of predominantly graphic elements to either magnetic or non-magnetic surfaces for display systems and signage. For lightbox signage please use our Magnafix Tape with a TESA 4965 adhesive. The specially developed adhesives for the Magnafix range of magnetic tapes provide superior adhesion to acrylics, steel, aluminium and other hard to adhere surfaces.

This product is also ideal when used for adhering flyscreens and acrylic panels (for soundproofing) to windows and doors.

Flyscreens without a frame may require extra adhesive to bond, or the product may fail.

Exceptional products & even better customer service

Purchased some magnetic stripping for staff pigeon holes.

We'd inadvertently purchased an item which didn't seem to be suitable for the job.

Daniella went out of her way to provide the correct item 7 then express posted it to us.

She was super helpful & when the right magnetic stripping & it's corresponding mate connected, it was perfect for the job! Thanks so much.

It sounds like you ended up with both the Part A and its corresponding mate (Part B) which create that brilliant magnetic connection when used together. The 12.5mm width and strong 3M adhesive backing on these Magnafix strips make them ideal for office applications like pigeon hole systems - they provide reliable magnetic hold while being easy to reposition when needed.

It's fantastic to know that once you had the right magnetic stripping system, it worked perfectly for your job! Sometimes it takes getting the right combination of magnetic components to achieve exactly what you're looking for.

Perfect for my screens

I have all awning windows and wanted an easy way you pops the screens in without needing the provided screws. I orders both A and B self adhesive magnates and it’s worked perfectly! They are thin but sturdy and hold the screens in place.
