This neodymium block magnet is crafted from high-performance N50M grade material, delivering exceptional strength in a slim profile. Measuring 25.4mm (length) x 9.53mm (width) x 3.2mm (height), it offers a reliable pull force of 4.89kg and a surface field strength of 2798 Gauss.

This magnet is identified by product code B-W9.53H3.2L25.4-N50Mzn.

Finished with a durable zinc coating, this block magnet has a matte silver-grey appearance and excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. Designed to withstand operating temperatures of up to 100ºC, it provides consistent performance in demanding conditions where standard magnets may weaken.

Key Features:

  • Dimensions: 25.4mm (L) x 9.53mm (W) x 3.2mm (H)

  • Grade: N50M – powerful rare earth magnet

  • Coating: Zinc-plated for durability and corrosion resistance

  • Max Operating Temperature: ≤100ºC

  • Pull Force: 4.89kg

  • Surface Gauss: 2798

  • Magnetisation: Through the 3.2mm thickness

Applications:

This slim yet powerful rare earth block magnet is widely used across industrial, commercial, and technical applications, including:

Electronics and sensors requiring compact, high-strength magnets.

Automotive and engineering systems with elevated temperature exposure.

Magnetic fixtures, jigs, and clamping systems in workshops and manufacturing.

Prototyping, R&D, and product development where space-saving strength is critical.

Engineered for strength, precision, and durability, this 25.4mm x 9.53mm x 3.2mm N50M neodymium block magnet is the ideal choice for applications that demand both compact size and reliable magnetic power.

NB: Ranges are indicative for product category, please check individual products for specic values within that range.

The most common coating for Neodymium magnets is Nickel + Copper + Nickel (Ni + Cu + Ni). This coating offers the magnet relatively good protection from corrosion and passive applications. If the magnet will be exposed to moisture or liquid then consider the use of an organic coating such as Epoxy. A hard wearing coating, Epoxy is suited to applications where the magnet will come under some friction or knocking.

Magnets are readily available in Blocks, Discs, Cylinders & Rings. AMF Magnetics specializes in the supply of short-run prototype magnets including Arc Segments, various magnetic orientations etc. If you need a magnet size that we don't carry in stock, submit a Design-a-Magnet enquiry for a quote on your custom magnet design.

Neodymium magnets are offered in several different grades. The first section N30-54 has an operating temperature of up to 80 degrees. Most of our stock only goes up to N38. The second section, denoted with the "M" prefix after the grade has an operating temperature 100 degrees. After this the grades are "H", "SH", "UH" & "EH". In order for the magnet to withstand a higher operating temperature, during production more of the raw material PrNd is incorporated as these elements have a naturally occurring resistance to high temperatures.
