These strong Neodymium disc magnets have the 3M 467 adhesive on each opposite of the pair of magnets. The adhesive has a thickness of 0.06 mm.

Magnets on a vertical surface (of 10mm thick steel) are generally able to hold around only 30% of the pull force listed in the product description.
