Leaking shower screens and wet bathroom floors are common bathroom frustrations — but they can be fixed quickly and effectively with AMF Magnetic Shower Screen Tape. Designed for homes, workplaces, caravans, boats, and RVs, these magnetic shower seals help keep water safely inside the wet area while providing a simple, durable and low-maintenance solution.
Our magnetic shower sealing system uses two matching lengths of flexible self-adhesive magnetic strip with opposing poles. One strip is applied to the shower door and the other to the frame; when the door closes, the magnets attract and lock together to create a reliable, watertight seal.
The standard strips are 10mm wide to suit most shower doors and frames, and installation is straightforward with the included instructions. These magnetic seals are particularly popular for motorhomes, campervans and RVs, where folding or sliding shower screens may loosen or shift during travel. The magnetic strips also help secure doors during transit or when parked on uneven surfaces.
AMF supplies a wide range of Self-Adhesive Magnetic Tapes with A and B poles, available by the metre or in bulk 30m rolls. Widths include 12.5mm, 19mm and 25mm, allowing you to cut the tape to the perfect length for any application. For best results, ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and dried before installation.

Can I seal a shower screen door with magnetic tape?
Yes. The AMF Shower Screen Magnetic Tape Kit is specifically designed to close and seal shower doors. Our flat 10mm magnetic strips work in most shower screen configurations.
What’s included in the AMF shower screen magnetic tape kit?
Each kit contains:
• 2m x 10mm x 1.5mm self-adhesive magnetic strip (Part A)
• 2m x 10mm x 1.5mm self-adhesive magnetic strip (Part B)
How do I install the magnetic tape?
Measure the required length, clean surfaces with alcohol, and ensure everything is dry. Cut both strips, adhere Part A to the door edge, then magnetically align Part B before adhering it to the frame. Close the door firmly to position the strip correctly, then press to secure.
What is the difference between Part A and Part B?
Part A and Part B are opposing magnetic poles. When buying magnetic strip by the roll, you must purchase both A and B so the strips attract and seal properly. Installation follows the same steps as the shower screen kit.
