Rare Earth Round Hole Holding Magnets

Round Hole Holding Magnets, or ‘Cup Magnets’, consist of strong Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets encased in a steel cap. The metal casing on these Pot magnets deflect the magnetic field to the base for increased powerful magnetic strength and holding force. Round Hole Holding magnets are designed with a nut or bolt style of attachment in mind. These strong magnets are available in a wide range of shapes, sizes and pull forces.

Rare Earth Round Hole Holding Magnets

These permanent magnets can be used in a variety of applications, but are especially suited to heavy duty industrial or commercial applications. Ideal when attachment needs to be stronger than a screw and more difficult to dislodge. They can accommodate a nut and bolt style attachment that won't come loose during vibration, physical pressure or other duress.

To use these Pot Magnets, drill a hole in the material you want to become magnetic, which can include wood, aluminium, acrylic, and stainless steel. Then a nut and bolt will secure the holding magnet in place. This allows these materials to attach to metallic surfaces in a non-penetrative way without the need for nails, rivets or glue.

*Steel washers are recommended when bolts are used for attaching a magnet to help prevent the magnet loosening and being displaced.
